About Derabassi Church

Derabassi Church is multi-lingual, multi-racial and non-denominational Church. Virtually everybody is welcome to worship God. It has been built by the Maken family, Indian Americans residing in Miami. Florida.

The Church of Dera Bassi wants to express special gratitude to Mr. and Mrs. Christopher and Jennifer Allan of Boca Raton , FL. for their love, prayers and their invaluable financial support.

Erstwhile Soldier of the Indian Army, now a loyal servant in Lords' Army is the resident Senior Pastor i.e. Col Ernest M. Massey. Presently Mr. Vinay Pramod Mathews is Pastor of the Church.

Church is located on old Kalka road next to SBP Housing Park. Dera Bassi. It is just 70 M from NH 44, Chandigarh- Dehli. It is visible ( Cross and Bell) from the road .

The church was dedicated to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on 23rd December 2007. It is growing church and needs your regular prayers so that God leads more believers to the Church and it becomes the beacon for future times.

Asha John Sayal

My name is Asha John Sayal. I was born in a Christian family. I got married to a wonderful man. I have a wonderful family. I have two sons & a daughter. Two daughter in laws & two cutest grandchildren. As per God's plan I was selected to be a teacher in Oman. My husband was already there so it was a wonderful experience to go & work in a foreign country. I went to Oman. In Oman we got a wonderful Church & met wonderful people. There I came to know Christ personally. The ultimate aim of knowing Christ was just to see very good life. Then started our life on a roller coaster. I was the chosen one & God took me to the most exciting journey of my life. Below you can read my Testimony when I xperienced God's faithfulness every day.
